Criminal Girls with 20 Pearls – Kenitra Shackelford Wins (Again)

Former Alpha Kappa Alpha corporate employee Kenitra Shackelford, whose original court decision to be granted unemployment (due to termination not “resignation”) was met with considerable resistance by the sorority.

To which, Barbara McKinzie promptly instructed her lawyer/”friend” Dale A. Cooter to file an appeal…a frivolous one at that.

Not surprisingly, yet refreshingly The Mo’Kelly Report learned that Ms. Shackelford once again triumphed with the judge admonishing the sorority and two of its witnesses for offering contradictory statements (i.e. lying) as to how and why the employment of Shackelford was terminated.

Specifically HR Director Michelle Williams and the Deputy Director Nicole Barrett appeared on behalf of the sorority and evidently unintentionally cleared the way for Shackelford to presumably prevail in her civil suit as well with their testimony.

Mo’Kelly will be posting documentation soon in regards to this latest decision.

Mo would their lying be considered obtruction of justice as the judge was trying to understand the case?
Financially this cannot be good for the ladies of Alpha Kappa Alpha as it is just more money being spilled out to cover someone else's wrong.

You are correct, the litigation fees are just piling up. Day after day after day, case after case after case. The civil suit is still moving forward, and still being billed to the sorority.

BAM's ego will keep her from doing what she knows is right! Pay the young lady and keep it moving.

The saddest part is that the money the sorority spent on this litigation would have been better served going to Shackelford. In the end, they will still have to pay her and the lawyers too (both sides) instead of just paying one person and minimal litigation.

It appears that the Directorate Members and the general membership support Ms. McKinzie and her flagrant use of their hard earned funds. She is such a diabolical individual and no body seems to be too concerned about that. She will probably take this case all the way to the Supreme Court. What a waste. I hope Ms. Shackleford can retire with the money she wins from this stupid bunch of women lead by a "Train Wreck" in the person of Barbara McKinzie. They deserve everything they have coming to them.

It is unbelievable that Alpha Kappa Alpha is spending so much money and time on ligations. We have truly lost our way in "Servicing all Mankind". Our President is truly attempting to make a point by using up all of our funds. She states that she has save the sorority so much in funds. But, I ask how much funds have been depleted on her salary, spending, trips, and legal quest????I am just shaking my head and completely speechless as to the SORORS who feel this is ok.
