Commentary — 19 July 2011

Mr. Mo’Kelly and Dr. Vibe go in-depth via Skype about Black male brotherhood, our history, or future path and whether it is truly dead.  We’ll go back to Mo’Kelly’s beginning, from growing up in Torrance to his first Los Angeles Times editorial to how all of these influences informs his writing today and the formulation of The Mo’Kelly Report.

And yes, Mo’Kelly briefly touches upon Tavis Smiley V. Tom Joyner and other not-so-subtle instances of Black-on-Black crime and how it all ties together.  Enjoy this very special extended conversation as Mr. Mo’Kelly is formally introduced to the Canadian community. (Note, this was pre-recorded last week, so some references will seem dated.)
