Judge Natalia Combs-Greene Already Has ‘Another’ Complaint Filed with DOJ

According to the link below.  Judge Natalia Combs-Greene already has had at least 1 complaint filed against her for a previous case in which she failed to recuse herself.  Take it for what it’s worth.  If Combs-Greene is anything, she’s consistent when it comes to refusal to recuse herself.  Notice how it sounds very “similar” to the WI8 case.

District of Columbia

Judge Name County # of complaints
Natalia Combs Greene District of Columbia 1
Details: Complaint alleges that this judge has allowed government attorneys to bribe, intimidate, threaten and harassed plaintiff witnesses, and to commit perjury in almost every motion. Complaint further alleges that Judge Combs-Greene justifies her behavior by citing that “she was a government attorney”. Complaint further alleges she attacked complainant’s witnesses and then began systematically reversing a previous sitting judge’s orders; also, that she is verbally abusive and once called the complainant “a dog” in open court and threatened complainant’s counsel; and that she failed to recuse herself from complainant’s case, even after complainant’s counsel complained to Chief Judge and filed Judicial Disciplinary complaint against her.

When the judges clown on tv shows I'd just laugh and say this stuff is not real. She called the man a dog in open court and then clowned on his attorney!!! Now I'm coming from the school system And I promise you if I called administrator, parent student a dog in front of others that is it. This woman keeps her job AND her big check. SMH I've had to deal with parents, students and even administrators who have had nasty ways, BUT there is something called professional decorum. It amazes me how some people get to keep their jobs. Unreal!!!

What are the numerical odds of THIS case coming before THIS judge? Under THESE circumstances? Methinks they seek the finest judicial system THAT MONEY CAN BUY!!! Who's money? 'Nuff to make an Ivy down-right BAWL!

Well I think it's clear by now that this thing ain't getting swept under the rug.

And that's a mighty good point about calling somebody a dog in open court. That smells a whole lot like judicial misconduct to me.

When I was a supervisor at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York back in the 80s, we had a quota system that was supposed to represent the racial and gender mix of the surrounding community. This meant we were supposed to have x percent women and x percent African-Americans.

We had a class on supervisor practices one day, and I asked the guest speaker this question: "What safeguards are in place to make sure that black men and white women are not discriminated against, because you can "hit" both categories by hiring a black woman?"

His answer was this: "It's not a problem."

My thought was this: "Why, just because you say so?" My mouth said this: "OK."

After the class, the teacher came to me and said this: "I thought it was an excellent question."

    She was a black woman.

Years later I came to make the connection with the fact that I was stuck with two useless workers on the day shift, who were there when I got there and were not going anywhere. They were both black women.

So the question is this: Does somebody in the chain of command have the guts to go after a bad judge who also happens to be a black woman?

    It's a very real concern.

Let's just say this…her ethnicity will not be a problem whatsoever. She is heavily disliked across ethnicity and gender spectrum.

    lol

Perhaps, Morris, but I'm talking about the quota system. If they bump a black woman off the bench it will look bad.

I know first-hand the lengths the powers-that-be will go to in order to maintain that quota.

I've never heard any discussion of the power group that black women represent because of their ability to fill two quotas at once, but it is a very real phenomenon.

I grant that this woman is reviled, but that didn't just happen last week, she's been reviled for a while now.

And there she sits, uninvestigated, undisciplined, still free to behave the way she does.

    Why?

Often students interested in legal careers will visit courts. I hope they weren't there the day this judge called a defendant a "dog" and indirectly called his attorney the same. Teachers spend many hours trying to help students understand that the professional world has high standards that they must reach. I'm sure that if there had been any students in the court they would have laughed. The judge was modeling the type of behavior they are used to. I know that I'm old fashioned. But I really believe that if you consider yourself a professional you will carry yourself in a special way. Judge Green might want to keep a good thesaurus handy.

I went to middle and high school (in Los Angeles) with this judge. She was an annoying b***h then and apparently she has only honed that particular skill. I'm just glad she is no longer on the west coast!

NCG is the worst excuse for a judge, I have no idea who is protecting her, she screwed up criminal cases so they moved her to civil, in addition to this case where she called the plaintiff a dog, she refused to recuse herself in another case in which her husband a doctor at the Washington Hospital Center would benefit from a favorable outcome, one she ensured…if only temporary, as the DC COA overturned her rulings – – time and time again… she should be criminally prosecuted for the way she personally interferes with the judicial system, she maybe the case that takes judicial immunity away from judges
