Of course, Mo’Kelly has the documentation! And this time the plaintiffs are fighting FIRE with FIRE. The appeal was filed by Victor Frazer, former Congressman and HU Law grad (’71).

From the Friends of the Weeping Ivy:
MAILING ALERT: CHANGE IN ADDRESS
Several supporters have alerted us that their donations that were mailed to the Post Office Box in Washington, DC were returned to sender with a message that the PO Box is closed. We do not know who generated that report because the rental fee for the PO Box is paid in full for a year. An investigation into this matter will be requested via the U. S. Postmaster General’s Office. Given this current situation, we ask that you send ALL correspondence and donations to the address below until the problem is corrected and you are notified accordingly. We do need your continued financial support to offset our legal bill as we proceed with the appeal and continue the struggle to open the books and records for inspection.
We also encourage you to purchase an “AKAcountability & Transparency” button to wear at all conferences and sorority functions to demonstrate your support for this effort. Send your request and payment to the address below. As always, your support is tremendously appreciated. Together we will right the wrong!

Thanks for the "breaking news" Mo' I'm glad to see another honest attorney help with this case. As members we would hope that the legal system would recognize the many wrongs being committed by BAM and company. However as Soror Carol Ray sated in her interview with you we need to stop being so ladylike and go to St.Louis ready to demand accountability and transpsrency. Thanks again for keeping us informed. I'm looking forward to your insightful comments as we continue this struggle.
"And still I rise…"
Is Attorney Victor Frazier a classmate of Judge Combes-Greene? They are both Howard Law School graduates. What happened to Attorney Gray?
No, attorney Frazer is '71, well before Combes-Greene. If you look at the appeal, attorney Gray is still a part of counsel.
I truly hope that the FOTWI will win this appeal. I hope Judge Combes-Greene will not remain a position where she has to judge. A blind person could have read the wrongness in this case. Judge Geene will regret this for a long time. She has damaged her relationship with many of our Sorors.
Fight the Power, I love it. DING, round two BAM and now the gloves are off.
You know I love seeing and hearing Soror Maya speak the truth to power.
We will redefine the definition of "ladylike" when we fight the (corrupt) powers in St.Louis!!!
It looks like Ms. McKinzie could go the way of Kwame Kilpatrick. What a shame that we are disgraced by two (would be talented) African Americans who were overcome by greed and forgot that even when your own people give you a "pass", the "other people" don't. What lesson did we learn today class?
Bam and buddies will be crusing to Mexico this weekend, paid for by the women of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Inc.. When will Sorors understand that this woman is a pimp.. Sad
Mo, could you post a picture of the late Linda Marie White, 26th National President, who died on Friday. Corporate Office sent the membership a notification last night (three days too da** late) but BAM has nothing posted on the website. What a disgrace. Thank you.
its up there now.
