Mo’Kelly to Speak at Yale During 15th Annual Black Solidarity Conference

For those in the New Haven area this weekend, Mo’Kelly travels back to Yale…

Mo’Kelly will be speaking at 1:20pm this Saturday.  Click HERE for more particulars.

Topic:

Unresolved: My President is Black, Now what?

For many years the presidency has represented the ultimate achievement barrier, but the recent 2008 election of Barack Obama, the first African American President of the US, this barrier appears to have been broken.  After over a year in office, and amid questions of whether or not American’s society is ‘post-racial, many of the glass ceilings of social, political and economic achievements that have plagued African-Americans still exist; which brings us to the title question of this panel: now what?

This panel will explore the election’s implications for African American progress.  Are we finally in a post racial society?

(You know, stuff we talk about routinely here in The Mo’Kelly Report.)

Even a casual observer of this site knows the answer to that question.

Why must it be a "Black Solidarity Conference", and not just an "American Solidarity Conference"

Because that's not what it was Jack. I'm sure I can find you a Jewish solidarity conference at a major university too. Or even an Italian-American solidarity conference. And to which I hope I would also find your same complaint.
