IRS Confirms Receipt of Alpha Kappa Alpha Package from Mo’Kelly

The plot thickens…

This is a train that now can NOT be stopped by any HU Law connection and is beyond the reach of anyone in Barbara McKinzie’s employ.  With that in mind, Mo’Kelly shares the following unaltered/unedited information…with no need to think that this in any way strategically comprises the fight.  So it seems that the IRS has received the special “package” sent to their attention and responded…IMMEDIATELY.

If the books of Alpha Kappa Alpha won’t be shared with its members or due to a lawsuit by the FOTWI, they WILL be shared with the Federal Government.  Lois Lerner, Director – Exempt Organizations took time out of her Sunday to personally respond via her Blackberry.  Be encouraged Friends of the Weeping Ivy.  Joy comes in the morning.

    Mo' I thank you for what you've done and continue to do. I know also that because you have relatives who are my sorors and are/were targets of BAM that this is personal. Beyond AKA, I'm looking at how this influences other nonprofit orgs. If Judge Green doesn't see how someone like BAM can destroy the spirit of helping others, then I know I'm glad there are people like you who do. All I can see are the people who should be getting our help and are not. All of us joined a community service organization. There are guidelines set by the government for nonprofits. We are not following those rules. AKA has always been proud to be number one. I hope that we will be number one in getting government support that will keep nonprofits aligned with their mission statements. Thanks for all that you do!!
