A listener “Art_Lover” on Twitter had been asking me to sing on the air, seriously. I for the most part hadn’t. But tonight I was fooling around at karaoke and feeling good about my voice. I, thought of “Art_Lover” and decided to do some Michael Jackson.
As it turned out, the lyrics on the screen weren’t synched very well with the audio so I was singing the song mostly on memory.
Yes, I messed up the words at times. I own it.
At the same time, for the uninitiated, I love singing karaoke. Here is a typical Friday night for me. Maybe sometime you’ll come sing with me. It is so much fun…

Your vibrato and the quality of your voice are very nice so it’s frustrating when you slide off key (which is often, I’m afraid) and tend to sing through your nose. Although nobody is perfect, I too enjoy karaoke and you’re welcome to critique my performance as well, anytime. Turn around is fair play, as they say.
I sing for fun…not for professional aspirations. You are welcome to critique as you like. Karaoke is about having fun. That is all I care about. I would advise you to do the same.
