Zimmerman is a sociopath. There is NO WAY he would plead in a federal case. In his mind, he’s done NOTHING wrong. The ex wife, the pregnant girlfriend… no case brought against him stands. Can’t wait to see what happens next.

absolutely agree w.you, zimmerman would never plea. he actually believes he had a right to accost that child and then kill him because he felt like it.
just like these ppl who keep saying Trayvon shoulda done this shoulda done that. zimmerman’s brother had the sick mind to say on TV when asked if Trayvon had the right to defend himself, he said “he had the right to go home”!!
i hope the FEDS nail zimmerman hard and send the world a message, AS WELL as the SPD and everyone who lied for him before and at trial and any actual conspirators/accomplices he may possibly have had.

Do you also feel Roderick Scott should charged with a federal crime for killing a kid?

I believe in justice in ALL cases. But for you James to cherry pick ONE case in which an African-American man kills a non-African-American kid, is selective justice at best. I see your Roderick Scott, and raise you a Michael David Dunn, a Theodore Paul Wafer and a Brian Cloninger…all 2013.

So to answer your question, to say I “feel” someone should be charged with a “federal crime” is disingenuous and a self-serving question. It’s about evidence and rule of law. Not how I “feel.” I “feel” justice needs to be served in all cases. I “feel” that it’s FAR more common for this type of crime to happen in one direction and not the other.

I “feel” that Roderick Scott didn’t need 2.2 MILLION signatures in which to even have charges brought against him.

      That’s how I “feel.”

I hope that answers your question.

Really. Show me you’ve not made ONE comment on OJ. Or Casey Anthony…or Robert Blake… I’ll wait. Somehow I’m sure I’ll be waiting in vain.

Still waiting… (not really) but you get my point JadSavage. You are likely still mentioning OJ in some fashion, 20 years and TWO trials later (criminal and civil), three if you count what he’s in jail for and here you are saying let it go regarding George Zimmerman after 6 months and one trial…no civil.

Yes, I get it. Certain rules for certain folks.

I wonder how the feds would get around the fact of Martin sitting on Zimmerman’s stomach and bashing in his face?

      Define “fact?”

And when you do, watch the UFC this weekend and tell me TWO things. #1, did you notice how in MMA, they use “the guard” as in fighting from their back? And #2, regardless of who was fighting from the guard, getting one’s ass whooped does not mean implicitly that you didn’t also create the confrontation.

And after all that, feel free to explain THE FACT (as verified by the DNA evidence) that there was ZERO DNA transfer on Martin’s hands.

Pretty impossible to bash someone’s head in and have no DNA on one’s hands. No abrasions from a punch, nothing. How about those facts?

Or are you pre-determined to believe the story of Zimmerman, which did NOT match the forensics?
