Mo’Kelly has received word from a top source and insider that Barbara McKinzie, former Supreme Basileus for Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. has had her membership privileges suspended by the organization.
Suspensions usually include loss of ability to attend officially sanctioned sorority events on a national or local level or wear paraphernalia.
The investigation continues as to the degree of the embezzlement and the long term tax implications for the organization and its non-profit status.
Also suspended is former Executive Director Deborah Dangerfield. Although Mo’Kelly is no longer conducting investigative work surrounding the issues, there will be select updates of news importance.

HAPPY DAYS ARE HERE AGAIN!!!!
Be still my heart! Mo is usually spot on, so if this is true, then it is one of the best manifestations to date of the adage: “You can get by, but you CAN’T get away.” Vindication for the WI8, at last!
**frowing** Whatchu Talkin Bout Mo’Kelly?? “No longer conducting investigative work surrounding the issues.” Quit playing!! Why?? We need you now more than ever. Throughout the central region we recognize that had it not been for you we would have never got as much information as we did. In my heart, you are a honorary member.
Please continue to help us fight the good fight. We need you!!
Humbly,
I appreciate that…but I have to concentrate on some other career-related projects. I still have my sources. I think everything will be fine. The government agencies will probably see the rest of this through. But I will be passing along verified information as I get it.
wow…sad to hear for anyone in the divine 9…
Let all who try to get rich from pimpin’ a non-proit organization take notice. We will not be your piggy bank. Go get a real job, if you are that broke that you have to steal while in a VOLUNTEER position.
Prayers for our sisters in the spirit (Divine Nine). What a tragedy to have a member not have the interest of the organization at heart. Praying that all will be right in AKA land again.
A change is comin’!!!
Thank you Mr. Mo’Kelly for staying on the case and for pushing the truth into the light for all to see. It angers and upsets me that some of the women in my organization (I can’t call them sorors) would stoop to such low, unethical and mean-spirited attacks just to silence the truth. It goes to show how far some people will go to protect wrongdoing.
I’m glad you didn’t give up the fight and have helped those fighting for what’s right have their voices heard. There is an end in sight, and no doubt, you helped make that happen.
As for those who cry and whine about keeping it in-house, look at what “keeping it in-house” cost Penn State. Wrong is wrong is wrong no matter how you slice it or dice it.
Mr. Mo’Kelly, those of us in AKA who know the truth owe a debt of gratitude to you and your family (our sorors).
Penn State is a very apt description. What people don’t understand is, when it comes to felonies such as embezzlement and whistleblower punishment protection (former employee Kenitra Shackelford) it can not be handled internally.
It is ILLEGAL to TRY to handle it internally. When laws are broken the public authorities MUST be involved. Those documents and proceedings are mostly public record and those that aren’t are deemed so by the agencies, not the involved parties.
Current International President in town, no mention of lawsuit, former president suspension, reinstatement for sorors. She was too business complaining about not being invited to chapter function, which is a lie because all members received invite, but then no one bother to ask her either.
