Somehow, Mo’Kelly neither believes that this is the first time this particular cop planted
evidence nor believes that this is an isolated incident in law enforcement.

NEW YORK — A New York City detective has been convicted of planting drugs on a woman and her boyfriend.
Brooklyn state Supreme Court Justice Gustin Reichbach found Jason Arbeeny guilty Tuesday of official misconduct, falsifying business records and submitting a false instrument for filing.
Arbeeny was a 14-year veteran of the NYPD who worked in the Brooklyn South unit.
Prosecutors said that Arbeeny planted a small bag of crack cocaine in 2007 on two unsuspecting victims.
He faces up to four years in prison.
