Comedian Chris Rock had a very funny bit years ago, arguing that a father 
only has one job in life when it comes to daughters and that’s keeping her (them) off the stripper’s pole.
Without trying to be funny, the logic is simple. “Daddy” issues can set a downward spiral into motion that can last a lifetime.
How a young woman may view her father (rightfully or wrongfully) greatly dictates the future tenor of her relationships with men for the rest of her life. Without going Sigmund Freud on everyone, there’s a lot of truth to it. Rock just puts his usual insightful, comedic spin on it.

If a father’s job is to keep his daughter from becoming a stripper…what does it say if/when she ends up in porn?
Even though Mo’Kelly doesn’t have any children, my sympathy is definitely with Fishburne…Laurence that is. Most porn stars take stage names, usually some sexual double entendre to help forward a career.
Montana (the daughter) is using her REAL name and her porno is promoting the fact that she is the daughter of an A-List star. In a way, that’s a double diss towards Laurence the father. Despite all of the avenues that must have been open to Montana growing up, despite all of the opportunity to begin a career on the silver screen inherently connected to her last name…Montana opted instead to parlay her name into a career on her back.

Many would respond and say that Montana is free to live her life as she pleases…and they are right, she is free to disrespect herself in any way she sees fit. At the same time, her relevance is ONLY connected to her father. Her “stardom” is ONLY connected to her father’s stardom, and the promotion of a seedy sex tape in conjunction with it is clearly a punch at her father in the lowest of terms. It’s WAY below the belt and pun clearly intended.
If Montana is “grown” enough to star in a sex tape, then she’s “grown” enough to get teed up in The Mo’Kelly Report.

Mo, this story saddens me. I saw an interview with her and the male porn star (and I use that term loosely) I couldn't make it through the whole interview it was so disgusting. All the time he was talking Fishburnes daughter said nothing! The issues must be very deep to embarrass her father like that. I can't imagine how he feels.
There's just a bit of a mean streak in me today when I suggest she could always get tips from Sheryl Underwood………………
