If they didn't have a full set of letters, use fewer words. A simple "Happy Memorial Day" would have been sufficient.

I just want to know who does such a job…drives away and never gets a phone call as to how bad they effed it up. How does that make it the whole day on both sides of the marquee without the offender's phone getting blown up or the owner him or herself driving up and taking that down?
Because not enough people care about Bowling Sign Grammar!
