Although Barbara McKinzie has a habit of sending out mass emails if/when it can be spun as good news for her or her agenda, she has another habit of saying absolutely nothing when the news is embarrassing.
You probably didn’t get the email as to Barbara and Cooter’s appeal being DENIED in the case against Joy Daley. A slight correction for those who may have visited this post prior to today. Originally Mo’Kelly reported that BAM’s motion to appeal was denied. In fact, her appeal was heard…and she LOST AGAIN. Just wanted to make that clarification. She’s had two bites at the apple and choked on both occasions.

Well Mo, here we go again. Barbara McKinzie is either brain dead or more than a little thrown off that she keeps pursuing Joy Daley for $30,000. She has spent over 10 times that amount suing her for reimbursement of the same. It is truly pathetic that the Directorate keeps giving her a pass to continue to keep up this ridiculous vendetta. She has thrown all of her so called "legal talent" and a big chunk of the Sorority's funds at Joy and has not prevailed yet. Apparently Joy's attorney is showing them how it's done. You go Elmira. If I ever get in a jam I will definitely be looking for you.
Ooh… I just wish they would stop wasting AKA's money on this foolishness. I can't wait for BAM to leave her post in July.
After BAM leaves her post in July, AKA should sue her to recoup AKA money. I will not waste my money anymore on AKA until they get their finances in order and change constitutional bylaws.
Regionals are coming around. First opportunity to clean house. I've got my windex ready.
I'm so happy for Soror Daley. AKA has not had much good news from the legal system. Yet this is wonderful. I hope that this news will also add some weight to Soror Joy's appeal of her unjustified suspension. We have such a contradiction in our sisterhood. The eight plaintiffs were suspended for filing a lawsuit. BAM filed a suit and moves up to the highest position in the sorority. I wish I could get a copy of their playbook so I could warn others about what's next on the crooked agenda!!!

Do you know if it is true that BAM filed another appeal against JED?
I've received a number of emails saying it is true. I've NOT received any documentation yet. That's the only reason why I haven't posted anything on it yet. 500K in legal fees over a case to recoup 30K. That's God-awful and shameful.
I also heard from a very reliable source that BAM has filed another appeal against JED. She is only buying time as Soror Norma did with the California lawsuit. It is their money, so why do they care about how much the court cost is.
We shouldn't be surprised by anything that BAM does. She doesn't have a conscience!
Keep reporting Mo. You are always on the money. Can you share what happens when the IRS comes to investigate your books? Post on the FOTWI, people want to know. Is this serious, will it help Soror Parnell case? How is her case coming along. I regret that it is taking so long for justice to prevail. I was hoping that this would happen be before Soror Linda White passed. However, I heard she shared valuable information. When will this end? I am sick and sadden!
