OK, now Mo’Kelly has seen it all.  Seacrest (allegedly wink, wink) can’t stand Black people around him in the first place.  So you KNOW a stalker doesn’t get any slack.  Don’t be surprised if the stalker gets four years in state prison.

Seacrest doesn’t play around when it comes to Black folks.

From E! Online…

Ryan Seacrest may be headed to the judges’ table; his alleged stalker may be headed for the big house. Call it the circle of showbiz life.

Chidi Uzomah Jr., the 25-year-old Army reservist with a history of both obsessively lurking after the American Idol host and wielding a knife while doing so, has been ordered to stand trial on charges that he violated a court order when he was busted at E! HQ last fall.

He pleaded not guilty to one count of felony stalking, and two misdemeanor counts of disobeying a court order back in November. No trial date has been set; Uzomah is due back in court Feb. 2.

The latter charges come from Uzomah’s guilty plea last September, in which he copped to attacking one of Seacrest’s security guards. He was ordered to steer well clear of the multitasker, something which his October bust failed to abide by. If convicted on all charges, he could face up to four years in state prison.

Seacrest out? Sure. But with any luck, Uzomah will be in for a long, long time.
