Commentary Mo' On Radio News — 07 April 2014

How can someone living their creed like Pope Francis fall under attack for supposedly being a “communist?” I’ve got news for you. If you LIVE the gospel, you actually care about feeding the hungry, clothing the naked and tending to the sick. If you LIVE the gospel you have compassion for the poor. And the moment that the Pope actually does live his creed, they call him a “communist.” Oh, do I have thoughts on this!

Paula Deen is back (in the news) but her restaurant…not so much. James Franco is “embarrassed,” and I’m not so sure we can take him at his word.

Most importantly, I wear sports socks and Nike sandals. The rest of the team did not agree…at all.

In hour two I sit down with Yahoo! Senior Editor Billy Johnson Jr. and we cover it all from Beyonce to Jay Z, to even the evolution of hip hop. It is a very honest and insightful conversation between those who know the business well.
