Raymond Palomino

On one hand, Mo’Kelly applauds the Chicago police officer for doing the right thing, but on the other hand, gives him the side-eye for trying to defend and mitigate his involvement.  Mind you, his son is the OLDEST of those involved at 17 and thus charged as an adult.  Bail set at $100,000…outstanding.  He can’t bail out his son and Mo’Kelly is more than pleased with that.

While the elder Palomino admitted what his son did was “wrong” and said his son will have

to “suffer the consequences,” he also said prosecutors unfairly portrayed the teen as the aggressor.

Raymond Palomino never stole the victim’s book bag and doesn’t appear in the video until minutes into it, which proves he didn’t initiate the attack as authorities have claimed, Michael Palomino said.

“What he did was wrong, but he was in it with the rest of them. He wasn’t the initiator,” Michael Palomino, 51, said. “He’s being made the fall guy because he’s 17.”

He described his son as a “fair” student and “good kid” but said he may have been negatively influenced by others.

He said his son didn’t give a reason as to why he and the others attacked the victim.

Michael Palomino said he believed the bond was “too high” and said he can’t afford to bail his son out.

“I’m upset with what happened in court,” he said.

(“I’m upset with what happened in that alley, Mo’Kelly said.)

He said never married his son’s mother and has not seen her since 1996. He believes she has been jailed for forgery.

Due to the Republicans’ collective lack of respect for Donald Trump, he has been forced to cancel his upcoming GOP debate.  Is this good news or “gooder” news?  Evidently, Trump in an effort to save face says that he is still considering running for president, just as an independent.

A racial epithet-spewing NYPD cop was ordered held without bail Monday on charges of fabricating criminal charges against a black man on Staten Island.

“I fried another n—–,” Officer Michael Daragjati crowed last April, according to a transcript of a phone conversation intercepted by the feds. “Another n—– fried, no big deal.”

Assistant Brooklyn U.S. Attorney Paul Tuchman called Daragjati, who is white, “a blatant racist.”

Besides violating the civil rights of the unnamed man, Daragjati also is charged with orchestrating the violent beatdown and extortion of another victim he suspected of stealing a snowplow from his off-duty contracting business.

The racially motivated false arrest came one one month after the FBI was investigating the snowplow scheme and monitoring the cop’s private calls, according to the complaint unsealed in Brooklyn Federal Court.
