AME Exposed – More News Coverage of First AME Lawsuits
A rather even-handed article was posted in the local Los Angeles newspaper Our Weekly. It gives the non-Mo’Kelly Report reader a broader historical perspective of the issues which exist in this situation and leading up to this moment.
It details how Bishop T. Larry Kirkland was made aware in July of the numerous issues in First AME…18 members filed formal charges (church-speak for “official AME compaint”).
It also details how Lamothe went to the church FIRST in an attempt to resolve the issue internally, before filing the lawsuit.
First AME could have dealt with this internally and the public (and parishioners) would have been spared the embarrassment and gory details.
This “could” have been addressed internally…but instead, the church did what the church does. It gets what it gets. I guess the three articles in the L.A. Times weren’t enough of a hint that Pastor Jack-Off is bad news…pun intended.

AME Exposed – FAME Assistance Corp. 990 Form, 'Eyebrow Raising'
Told y’all Mo’Kelly got DOCUMENTS!
Another exclusive brought to you by The Mo’Kelly Report. The FAME Assistance Corporation, the supposed charitable arm of First AME church files a tax return like every business should. Here today is the return for FY 2007. It’s innocuous enough at first glance, and then you see things which make you raise your eyebrow…or both.
Now class, please click on the tax form link HERE.
It will open in another window and use the information below to follow along and cross check with the return. OK class…here we go…
On page 10 you will find 5 employees reported to have made $70,000 per year or more.
Antonio LeMons
Minaliza Popatia
Sheila Reed
Charles Bray Jr.
Lee Marshall
Not illegal, but certainly eyebrow raising… Mo’Kelly is in the wrong line of business.
______
Below that on page 10 you will find a compensation/payout to Administrative Services Coop for more than $714,000 for “taxi vouchers.” Damn, that’s a whole lotta taxi trips in a single fiscal year. Mo’Kelly’s not a math genius, but that’s roughly $59,000 a month. It makes you ask the question, does ANYBODY attend First AME church by way of their OWN car and not a CAB?!
Not illegal, but the eyebrows begin to raise higher.
Upon further inspection of “Administrative Services Coop”…it’s listed as a “management consultancy service with GROSS sales UNDER 500k”. Not net…GROSS! Looking at this ONE tax return above, from ONE “client”…something does not jibe. Not even close. They’re receiving 3/4 of a MILLION from ONE client.
In fact, there are two other companies listed with cumulative taxi voucher outlay totaling more than $925,000.
Almost 1 million dollars was spent in FY ’07 on “old ladies to and from church.” Or at least, that’s what the return will have you believe. Ever heard of a church bus?!
Um…not only that…ever heard of a KICKBACK?! Just sayin’…
On page 13 you will find that “gifts received” MORE THAN QUINTUPLED FROM 2005-2006, from 550k to 2.8 MILLION. “Coincidentally,” Pastor Property Taxes (aka John Hunter) took to the pulpit in September of 2005.
Mo’Kelly would NEVER accuse John Hunter of MONEY LAUNDERING. NEVER! But Mo’Kelly is just sayin’ … 2.3 million just DROPPED out of the sky, “coincidentally” after Hunter left Seattle under the cloud of tremendous financial church theft…
Just sayin’…
On page 24 you will find that First Lady Concubine Denise Brown collected a 45,000 salary, not including her $4,000 expense account.
Expense account?! Honestly?! Really?!
And “controller” Solon Escobar was also “paid” a $60,000 salary.
If we turn around and check the toteboard, we have approximately a half million in “salaries” and another million in taxi vouchers being spent by this FAME “Renaissance/Assistance” Corporation. A pretty productive 2007 Mo’Kelly must say.
Also on page 24, you will find JUDGE IRMA BROWN DILLON listed as a board member, and held that position “coincidentally” when her husband received questionable “loans” from the FAME Assistance/Renaissance Corporation detailed in the Los Angeles Times.
Hunter’s critics say they are also troubled by the appearance of a conflict of interest over two business loans involving FAME Assistance Corp. and Randolph C. Dillon, the husband of Irma Brown Dillon, a top church officer and Los Angeles County Superior Court judge. Randolph Dillon said he took over the first loan in 2005 after buying the original loan recipient, Base Architecture & Engineering. He said he took out a second loan for $250,000 from First AME in January to support the firm’s expanding business at Los Angeles International Airport.
The first loan was for the same amount and was repaid in 2007, Dillon said, adding that he saw no conflict of interest. Hunter said neither he nor his wife was involved in either loan decision.

Impossible. Judge Irma WAS ON THE BOARD…SHE VOTED FOR IT!
Not illegal (ostensibly), just facelift level of eyebrow-raising. Mo’Kelly is willing to pay a certified tax-preparer to further analyze these documents in detail and follow the paper trail. Get at Mo’Kelly – Mo@MrMoKelly.com

AME Exposed – Proof of Judge Irma Brown/John Hunter Dirty Dealing

He said both were appropriately made, albeit without his knowledge, by the nonprofit corporation’s business loan committee.

WITHOUT HIS KNOWLEDGE?!
The following link will take you to documents sent to the attention to Denise

Judge Irma Brown Dillon
Brown “Hunter,” the first lady concubine of First AME Church here in Los Angeles c/o The FAME Assistance corporation.
This documentation is incontrovertible evidence that not only was John Hunter “aware” of the loans, he and his wife concubine were actively INVOLVED in the process. It can be ascertained that beyond the lie the Hunters told to the Los Angeles Times, Superior Court Judge Irma Brown Dillon should be removed given this financial impropriety. This is fraud.
The Mo’Kelly Report‘s spies have done it again!

It is time for a formal letter to be drafted concerning the removal of Judge Irma Brown Dillon from the bench. This information has since been forwarded to the Los Angeles Times, as it directly contradicts Hunter’s public stance on the issue.
