Commentary Interviews Mo' On Radio News — 01 September 2018

Summer is coming to an end, but we are going to ease you into fall with some poetry, music, television and even a classic rock graphic novel.

World-renown poet, actor and musician Saul Williams previews his September 6th performance with the Mivos Quartet at the Ford Theater in Hollywood.

Then, writer, illustrator and artist Bill Morrison (when he isn’t serving in the capacity of editor of MAD Magazine) he is celebrating the release of his graphic novel, “The Beatles: Yellow Submarine.”

We close with a conversation with Gil Robertson, president and co-founder of the African-American Film Critics Association and the upcoming collaboration with Turner Classic Movies for the month of September.
