"Wassup My Anglos!"

Just in case you were concerned about how ‘Anglo-Saxons’ in Britain were not “getting along” with ‘Anglo-Saxons’ in America, one of Mitt Romney’s advisers is now on the record as to Mitt’s desire to help improve these relations.

“We are part of an Anglo-Saxon heritage, and he feels that the special relationship is special,” the adviser said of Mr Romney, adding: “The White House didn’t fully appreciate the shared history we have”.

‘Anglo-Saxons’ are defined as the following:

“The term Anglo-Saxon is used by some historians to designate the Germanic tribeswho invaded and settled the south and east of Britain beginning in the early 5th century and the period from their creation of the English nation up to the Norman conquest. The Anglo-Saxon era denotes the period of English history between about 550 and 1066.[1][2]The term is also used for the language, now known as Old English, that was spoken and written by the Anglo-Saxons and their descendants in England (and part of southeasternScotland) between at least the mid-5th century and the mid-12th century.[3]

_______

Meaning: the term Anglo-Saxon does not include anyone of Latino, African, Middle-Eastern or Asian descent.

Thanks for that Mitt.  Good to know

Just IMAGINE if President Obama went to the NAACP and then one of his advisers said that Mitt Romney “didn’t fully appreciate the shared history we have.”

Just IMAGINE…

It is interesting that as of yet, this has not been termed as “playing the race card.”

That isn’t surprising.  What is surprising is that Mitt Romney has people on his staff who both don’t know better and know that the internet had already been invented.
